Eau de Ki is an integral part of the traditional Japanese beauty ritual, where every step and gesture is crafted to reveal perfectly cleansed and radiant skin.

For optimal results, follow these steps in the morning and in the evening:

For normal skin: Gently tap your face with a soaked cotton pad, allowing the elixir to penetrate without rinsing.

For sensitive skin: Add two drops of Eau de Ki to a water-dampened cotton pad, wring it out, and gently glide it over your skin.

For very sensitive skin: Moisten your face, add a drop of Eau de Ki to your wet palms, and gently tap your face with the mixture.

If you're using Eau de Ki for the first time, start by diluting a few drops of the lotion on a water-moistened cotton pad. After a few days, your skin becomes used to it and you can apply it directly without diluting.

Eau de Ki can also be applied by gently tapping it onto your entire face and body using your wet palms.

When used twice daily, a 130 ml bottle of Eau de Ki will last you two to three months.

Caution:
Please do not use Eau de Ki if you are taking corticosteroids or suffer from neurodermatitis. In general, Eau de Ki should not be stored at extremely high or extremely low temperatures and should not be exposed to direct sunlight.

The 100-year-old beauty elixir

A single product. A family tradition spanning 100 years. Handcrafted in Osaka from 12 fermented medicinal plants. EAU DE KI is Japanese skincare in its purest form.

12 medicinal plants, 6 months of fermentation

EAU DE KI combines eight Japanese and Chinese medicinal herbs, including ginseng, reishi and jujube, with four Western aromatic plants such as rose water and rosemary. They ferment together for six months in traditional Nanbangame clay pots. This maturation process reduces the size of the molecules and makes the elixir particularly effective.

A family history born of conviction

In 1926, Umeji Sasaki developed a healing lotion for his sister Miyo, who suffered from severe neurodermatitis. The effect was so convincing that the neighbours called it ‘extraordinary water’. Since then, EAU DE KI has been handmade by the Sasaki family in Osaka according to the same recipe for 100 years.
